Juliet

Juliet was born in China, on November 16th, 2005. She was a baby who had white skin. She looked very funny because of her head was bigger than her bady and her head hardly had hair, just a little hair on the back of her head, but she became beautiful as she grew up. Now she is a lovely, beautiful and smart girl. Who is she? She is my daughter.

She really likes drawing so that she draws everywhere and every time. Her drawing is imaginative. She is proud of herself and often says, "I’m an artist’. She is a little arrogant so that I can't criticise her. If I said,"Juliet, It's a nice drawing," she seemed very happy. If I said, "Juliet, your drawing looks a little mess,"  she couldn't take my advise. I don't like that part of her. It's not good for her. As parents, we should do a lot of work for children education so that children won't become bad people.

Recently, she has begun to learn dance, piano and swimming. At first, she didn't really like all of them, but I insisted on taking her to attend the classes. She slowly liked them after several times. Now she remembers the entire schedule. She often reminds me to remember this kind of activities and said,"It's swimming time or dancing time etc."

A year ago, she was curious about how babies are born. She asked me, "Where does a baby come from? and did you feel hurt when I was born?" After I honestly told her the truth, she said, 'I don't like to have a baby in the future.' Also she had some emotional questions to ask me. She said, "I like Felix, but he doesn't like me and he likes Eva. " I asked her,"who is Felix and who’s Eva?" She said,"They are both my classmates." she continues saying, He’s so cute, I love him. Oh, my, she's only six years old. Its puppy love, isn't it? I told her, You will find a friend who likes you.Don't worry about that. I’m glad she seems to look fine now. It didn't matter at all. Maybe she's already found a new friend who likes to play with her in school. After all, human beings have some feelings is normal and certainly not puppy love at all. Now I can relax with this problem from my daughter.

Life continues. I hope she'll have a nice future and find a boyfriend who loves her.

An art trip

A friend of mine invited us to visit an art exhibition last weekend. She is a woman who has retired for a long time. Her name is Hazel andpainting is her hobby. She's already sold her many of paintings. This time, she also has some paintings to sell at this exhibition. On Sunday afternoon, our family went to this exhibition in Scarborough. There were a lot of wonderful paintings. We saw them one by one.  We enjoyed some of paitings that have high quality. We also enjoyed Hazel's paintings titled Old British House, My Balcony and Condo. They were beautiful. After an hour, we were done. We left this exhibition smiling. I hope to visit the next exhibition soon. I also hope I can display my paintings at such an exhibition soon.

A Small Business forum

A Small Business Forum

Yesterday, our class met at the Sheppard-Yonge station at 9:30 to go to a small business forum. We also took the Southbound Yonge subway to Union Station. Then we walked about 10 minutes to our destination. There were a number of people attending the small business forum. There were a number of companies showing their own programs. There were lots of souvenirs for us. After a little trip, we entered to a special room to listen to a presentation about keyword searching. It was interesting topic. Every day, I search online. How to search for my interesting information is very important.So Keyword searching presentation is good for me. I enjoyed this forum. After this, our class took a picture together. Then we walked to a church. Just before we arrived at the church, we stopped at Thai Express for lunch. We ordered a Shawarma with vegetables, chicken and beef. It tastes delicious. But I still like rice more. After lunch, we continued to walk to St.Jome church. On the way, Joseph introduced us to the building and its history. In the park next to the church, we saw a crowd of people standing around. They were yelling some thing about the poor and the rich. Then we took the subway home. It's nice to learn about Canada.

A field trip

Two week ago, our school went to Centre Island. I took my daughter with my classmate Yumei for this trip. Yumei took a lot of photos for us. Now I want to show the picture to everybody. My daughter was very excited. She likes going to beach. She loves to play with sand and water. She can make a number of shapes and touch the sand to feel different thing. I thought she felt very comfortable.
